Sandra Falzon is a passionate and authentic executive team leader with deep experience in brand transformation, business growth and digital marketing. Sandra offers broad general management expertise across marketing, sales, product management and consulting and has worked in large matrix organisations within financial services and telecommunications, medium-sized profit-for-purpose organisations and small businesses.
Sandra is dedicated to supporting females and young professionals with furthering their careers. In 2018, she championed the evolution of Australia’s first Women in Tax website dedicated to supporting the career progression of women in the tax, accounting and legal professions. She also introduced a structured young tax practitioners mentoring program while spearheading progressive marketing, sales and membership initiatives at The Tax Institute. Sandra is an active contributor to the marketing profession as a mentor to young marketers, representative of the NSW State Chapter of the Australian Marketing Institute and 2018 judge of the Australian Marketing Awards.
With an impressive history of running a marketing consulting servicing over 35 business clients whilst raising two young girls, it is no surprise Sandra is known as a pocket rocket. Previously instrumental in launching Westpac’s first online eCommerce solutions package to Australian small – medium business customers and contributing to the successful growth of Optus SingTel’s construction industry online trading exchange (INCITE), Sandra offers diverse experience with consistent ties into digital transformation. A Fellow Certified Practising Marketer (CPM), she holds a Bachelor of Communications (UWS), Graduate Certificate in Ebusiness (MGSM) and a Diploma of Management (AIM); and is a CPM of the Australian Marketing Institute.
