Queensland’s best performing suburbs for property sales have been named, with Ipswich, Moreton Bay and the Gold Coast leading the charge. Redbank Plains topped the list for house sales across the state, according to InfoTrack’s property report for the last quarter. Spokesperson Sandra Falzon says the Gold Coast’s Pimpama came in at number four.Sydney’s western suburbs are seeing a surge in first home buyers.
