The Ipswich suburb of Redbank Plains has emerged as the top suburb for house sales across Queensland in the latest property report. According to the Property Market Update Q2 2024 from prop tech firm InfoTrack, Redbank Plains led the state in house sales volume from April 1 to June 30, 2024.
Located just 34 kilometres from Brisbane’s CBD, Redbank Plains last appeared in the Top 10 in Q3 2023. InfoTrack spokesperson Sandra Falzon highlighted the suburb’s strong buyer appeal, citing its convenient location and relative affordability. “Redbank Plains is a great commuter suburb with both the Ipswich Motorway and the Centenary Highway within easy access. Given its convenient location, and its relative affordability, it’s not surprising to see it has topped the list of house sales,” Ms. Falzon said.
