A Sunshine Coast suburb has remained in the top ten list for house sales in the last quarter, according to data from InfoTrack. Bodrum is the most popular location for buyers in the region. It was second in Queensland. Caboolture ranked fourth. Head of Property, Lee Bailie, says more than 60% of Queenslanders are buying houses over units.
