InfoTrack has today ranked 6th Great Place to Work Australia in an online awards ceremony.
Moving up a whopping 18 places in the category of 100-999 employees, InfoTrack has been ranked as a Great Place to Work for the second year running against hundreds of nominated organisations across Australia. The prestigious annual list, published by Great Place to Work Australia, is based on survey results of employees from around the country benchmarked against other participating organisations.
This year, the award recognises flexibility as organisations have had to navigate the changing environment, adjusting to a mix of face to face and remote work. Today, InfoTrack joins a cohort of workplaces who have successfully balanced staying connected regardless of working in the office or remotely.
InfoTrack CEO John Ahern said of the win, “I am over the moon excited about ranking 6th best place to work. Our whole team really deserves this recognition and should really soak up the celebrations. As we’ve grown from a small company where we first ranked 12th, we’ve scaled our business and worked hard on building our great culture, with this year jumping 18 places!”
InfoTrack has always maintained an energetic, collaborative culture. Monthly check-ins, trivia and team bonding sessions whether that be in person, or virtually, to help keep morale high. Ahern continued, “Everything we do at InfoTrack is with purpose, we don’t just throw around the word culture, we live and breathe it.”
