InfoTrack celebrates being on the Best Workplaces for Women List 2023

InfoTrack has been listed as one of Australia’s Best Workplaces™ for Women in 2023. Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture revealed the 50 companies on the List in an online announcement. The companies were shortlisted using rigorous analytics and confidential employee feedback.

Daniel Ko, the Head of People and Culture at InfoTrack, was thrilled by the announcement. “We are extremely proud to have received this accolade from The Great Place to Work. As an organisation, we are all too well-aware of the disadvantages that women face in society, and we are actively working to challenge these within our workplace. Our aim is to foster a safe and secure space where women can feel assured that their contributions are seen and appreciated.”

As part of InfoTrack’s dedication to fostering equity, the organisation has introduced several key initiatives to promote a more inclusive and fairer workplace. These include:

  • Significant changes to InfoTrack’s Parental Leave Policy, which is now offered to all parents, has been increased to 16 weeks full pay as well as continuation of superannuation payments for parents who are taking extended unpaid parental leave.
  • Special Sick Leave has been introduced, for chronic conditions like endometriosis and complicated pregnancies.
  • Working towards minimising the gender pay gap and actively encouraging more women into STEM roles. From the most recent Workplace Gender Equality Agency Compliance Report 2023, InfoTrack has seen women represent 44% of promotions and 39% of managers.
  • Increased female representation on the executive team from 4 to 6, which equate to 36% of the executive team identifying as female.

“The Best Workplaces for Women list is based on data representative of over 40,000 employee voices from women in Great Place to Work ® Certified™ organizations across Australia,” said Mr Roland Wee, Managing Director of Great Place To Work Australia.”

“We have indeed made great strides in closing gender disparity in Australian companies and the recent legislation to publish gender pay gap from 2024 is yet another step in the right direction. Great Place to Work Certified companies must lead the way in making the workplace fairer and more equitable for all.”

This announcement comes after InfoTrack was named one of Australia’s Best Workplaces in 2023 by Great Place to Work. InfoTrack was ranked 5th within the medium sized company category.
