InfoTrack is again celebrated as one of Australia’s Best Workplaces

InfoTrack has been ranked as Australia’s 5th Best Workplaces for 2023. The announcement was made last night at the 2023 Great Place To Work Client Night and Best Workplaces List Reveal held at Sydney’s Darling Harbour.

At the celebration honoring those who were shortlisted, InfoTrack’s Country Manager Brendan Smart proudly took to the stage. “To be a truly innovative company within our field, we believe that to be the best, we need to attract the best. This means people need to both see and experience our culture, which is why we weave our values and our beliefs throughout everything we do. We set the standard, but it’s the people at InfoTrack who make it shine through.”

Head of People and Culture, Daniel Ko, who also attended the event was honored by the accolade. “We know that the success of InfoTrack is driven by our people. They are the key to us being distinguished not just as a good company, but a great company. After placing in the Best Workplaces List for many years, we know that InfoTrack has something special. Our unique culture connects somewhere between a continual drive for improvement, a desire for innovation and a genuine need to put our people first. We are very proud of this accomplishment and will strive to continue to be the best workplace for everyone at InfoTrack.”

Australia’s Best Workplaces™ List is determined using The Great Place To Work For All™ methodology to evaluate. The Great Place to Work Trust Index Survey enables employees to share confidential quantitative and qualitative feedback about their organisation’s culture by responding to 60 statements on a 5-point scale and answering two open-ended questions. Collectively, these statements describe a great employee experience, defined by high levels of trust, respect, credibility, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.

“We congratulate the companies on this List and they are indeed Best Workplaces, as validated by the voices of their employees. In today’s talent market businesses need to put their best foot forward to showcase their great workplace culture to retain high performing employees for the years to come. Companies who have made it onto this years’ Best Workplaces list are a testament to consistently improving and maintaining their great workplace culture practices.” said Mr Roland Wee, Managing Director of Great Place To Work Australia and New Zealand.

The list features leading organisations who have gone above and beyond to demonstrate their dedication to their employees in a range of areas whilst maintaining a people-first culture. Australia’s Best Workplaces is one of the most respected and prominent lists within the country.
