October 15, 2021: Sydney: InfoTrack has again been named a leading innovator in legal technology on the 2021 Australian Financial Review (AFR) BOSS Most Innovative Companies List across Australia and New Zealand for its secure property workspace, Securexchange.
The prestigious annual list, published by The Australian Financial Review and Boss Magazine, ranks InfoTrack fourth, against hundreds of technology organisations across Australia and New Zealand. The award measures top innovation initiatives implemented in the last 12 months. This marks InfoTrack’s 6th consecutive year ranking in the list, but third placing inside the top 10.
InfoTrack CEO, John Ahern says “We are honoured to be named a Most Innovative Company again for the third year running and to be the fourth most innovative technology company. This further cements our position as leading legal technology innovator across Australia and New Zealand.”
InfoTrack’s award submission featured Securexchange as a leading innovation. In a time where cyber threats are continually rising, no other technology innovation on the market currently allows property professionals to successfully demonstrate to insurers that their end-to-end property transaction methods are utilising systems to identify, evaluate and address cyber security threats, thus curtailing the cost of cyber insurance premiums. This innovation supports users to elevate their everyday practises.
Mr Ahern says “This award represents InfoTrack’s commitment to developing innovative solutions that anticipate the changing needs of our clients. As an online workspace, Securexchange reforms the way property professionals and consumers keep up with the demands of a property sale or purchase, whilst mitigating the risks of cybercrime.”
Lee Bailie, General Manager Securexchange explained, “Securexchange connects the property industry in a virtual workspace, improving the experience for all stakeholders. Users can complete property related tasks through a secure digital platform, making processes far more efficient. Our innovation is the only digital product that holistically solves traditional property transaction challenges including manual handling, lack of security and lack of efficiency.”
Users agree and the evidence is in the numbers. In 2021, Securexchange has grown over 350% and retains 70% of its clients from month to month, while transaction volumes have increased 400% year to date. In September alone over 5500 individuals have used Securexchange.
“InfoTrack is proud to continually support the legal and conveyancing profession and we are excited to again be rewarded for our commitment to innovation,” said Ahern. “We will continue to innovate so our clients can use secure and efficient digital solutions to service their clients anywhere, at any time.”
