InfoTrack named Australia’s Best Managed Company 2021

Today, InfoTrack has been announced a winner of Australia’s Best Managed Company award for the second time.

Australia’s Best Managed Companies program, sponsored by Deloitte Private, Google Cloud and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, recognises local excellence among privately owned Australian companies focusing on those that set the highest standards of business performance.

The program’s judges evaluated the strengths of award applicants across four key pillars: strategy; culture and commitment; capabilities and innovation; and governance and financials.
Reacting to the award win, InfoTrack CEO, John Ahern said, “To be recognised by Australia’s Best Managed Companies program is an important achievement for our business, our people and our culture. Our business performance may be measured in net revenue, but it’s based on passion, drive and enthusiasm.”

The past 18 months have been incredibly challenging for all Australian businesses, yet InfoTrack demonstrated resilience, agility and decisiveness. As a leading technology innovator and Best Managed Company, InfoTrack is committed to people and purpose; focused on clear goals namely enhancing productivity and innovation for professionals, to sustain success.

Ahern explained, “During COVID-19, legal technology went from luxury to necessity overnight as professionals had to transition to remote work and find replacements for manual processes. We made it a priority to be there for our clients through the hard times of remote working by offering software, training and support at no-cost for as long as they needed. The goal being to emerge stronger, together.”

For InfoTrack, emerging stronger together isn’t only about clients and business growth. As an award-winning Great Place to Work, InfoTrack’s distinct corporate culture fosters transparency, communication and collaboration. Business performance isn’t purely based on numbers, but on attitude, engagement, employee satisfaction and more.

A flexible work policy, online fitness classes, walking meetings, birthday, anniversary and special event celebrations and even a virtual drive tour around Berlin with InfoTrack’s CTO, are just some initiatives that assisted to ensure InfoTrack’s diverse culture remained front and centre throughout the company-wide transition to remote work.

With innovative products, strong client engagement and a unique company culture, InfoTrack is proud to be named one of Australia’s Best Managed Companies alongside other, very well deserving organisations.

“No two days are ever the same, which is why InfoTrack has such an exciting culture. We are committed to being legal tech innovators, continuing to build smart technology that helps our clients grow their firms. Our people’s love for what they do, and their commitment to effort over obligation, helps us make our client’s lives more productive, efficient and secure,” Ahern revealed.
