Living in the CBD is proving attractive to prospective property owners with the suburb of Sydney among the State’s most researched locations.
The latest figures from prop tech firm InfoTrack reveal Sydney has claimed the number one spot for the highest volume of searches of any suburb in NSW on the InfoTrackGo site from January to December this year.
InfoTrackGO offers an extensive range of reports to potential property buyers, equipping them with the information they need to make an informed property purchase.
InfoTrackGO Spokesperson Sandra Falzon said Sydney’s mix of cultural vibrancy and diverse housing options make it a top choice for buyers.
“It’s no surprise buyers are drawn to Sydney’s bustling lifestyle, with its world-class dining and retail precincts and walkable commutes. Whether you’re looking for convenience or prestige, Sydney has it all,” Ms Falzon said.
The harbourside suburb of Bellevue Hill was also coveted, coming in at second place on the list.
“Bellevue Hill is one of Sydney’s most exclusive suburbs, known for its expansive properties and proximity to some of the best schools in the country,” Ms Falzon said.
Other sought-after Sydney suburbs include Chatswood, Castle Hill, Mosman, Box Hill, and Austral, each offering unique lifestyle benefits.
“Chatswood is a hub for shopping, dining, and education, while Mosman provides breathtaking harbour views and a laid-back village atmosphere,” Ms Falzon said.
“Castle Hill and Box Hill are appealing to families for their spacious homes and strong sense of community, while Austral is gaining attention for its development potential.”
Ms Falzon said the InfoTrackGo site empowers would-be buyers to take research into their own hands, so they are fully informed throughout the purchasing process.
“Buyers can order title searches on specific properties, access property valuation reports, or get details on approved developments in the area,” she said.
“They can also discover the history of a property, what type of developments are possible, and details on flood zones or contaminated land, helping to ensure they are fully informed when it comes time to renovate or put in an offer.”
