Recognising these evolving needs, InfoTrackID has undergone a series of significant innovations. We’ve concentrated on streamlining the ordering process for increased efficiency and enhancing security measures to protect against threats. Additionally, we’ve expanded the platform’s features for a more comprehensive experience and extended our reach into more global territories to ensure a consistent VOI process across all matters. These advancements are tailored to meet your firm’s specific needs while elevating the overall verification experience.

Streamlining your workflows

Simplifying the ordering process has been a key focus to enhance the user experience by reducing the steps required for you to request a new VOI. Now, you can easily select the required VOI setup details – including VOI type, capacity, and workflow – directly on the client card. This streamlined approach enables an expedited request process, replacing the previous long form.

Security considerations

Amidst the ever-growing significance of cybersecurity in the online sphere, we are committed to protecting our platform against evolving cyber threats. In line with this commitment, we introduced a series of robust security enhancements to InfoTrackID in 2023.

Enhanced multi-factor authentication (MFA) protection: To safeguard against unauthorised access and potential brute-force attacks, InfoTrackID now imposes limitations on MFA attempts. In the event of multiple failed attempts, users will experience a temporary lock out, with a brief waiting period before being permitted to reattempt access.

Integration of reCAPTCHA for external links: We’ve increased security measured by integrating Google reCAPTCHA for external links. This inclusion ensures a more secure verification process, significantly limiting spam activity from bots and malicious software.

Comprehensive experiences

Occasional variations in your client’s name across the identity documents submitted for their VOI could previously lead to a full restart of the verification process, requiring additional documentation to confirm any name changes. To facilitate a smoother experience for both you and your clients, we’ve introduced a new, more intuitive feature.

It is now possible to submit additional documents, such as a marriage certificate or a name change document, during an ongoing VOI. This significant enhancement streamlines the process, eliminating the need to restart the entire VOI. Instead, it allows for the submission of only the requested additional document, ensuring a faster and more efficient completion of the verification process for you and your clients.
