Gain exclusive access to our Client Information Form, a web-based tool that captures detailed client information, including contact details, business needs, and other data regarding their property matter. This form pre-populates your LEAP matters with the data, saving you time on manual entries.

Client Engagement Portal

Introducing a new and safer way to communicate with your clients, which can be personalised with your brand. For InfoTrack related tasks and actions, such as completing a Verification of Identity (VOI), Client Authorisation Form (CAF), or a signing request, you can now securely communicate via the Client Engagement Portal, making it easier for your clients to review, action and manage their matter.

You can order certificates at various stages of the workflow, going beyond the limitations of the traditional contracts process. With properties verified at the order creation stage, the process is more streamlined than ever. You will have access to a comprehensive products catalogue, making it easier to select and order what is available for the property.

InfoTrack’s one flow conveyancing intuitively offers you AI-driven prompts to support your property due diligence. You can expect suggested actions to high risks and hazards, restrictions on a property, or utilise the smart bundle feature which pre-selects a set of certificates based on your previous order history. Over time, our AI engine will become more efficient as it recommends additional certificates which other InfoTrack customers have ordered from a council. The more you use this workspace, the more your firm will benefit.

InfoTrack makes compiling a contract for New South Wales purchase or sale matters quicker and more efficient than ever before.

For prime flexibility, you can order certificates during the contract preparation stage in the workflow or prior. Edit contract front pages, create and edit Special Conditions templates, upload additional documents, and share a contract within the workspace, providing a unified approach to document management.

Unique to this workspace, you can upload Sales Advice from real estate agents and our AI-driven technology will automatically update the front pages of the contract based on this advice. This feature is tightly integrated with the AI-driven actions panel for a smarter, more efficient process.
